DR. DENNIS SIMMONS: Okay, Tam, we’re all done! You ready to take a look?
TAMMY: My whole life I can never remember having a smile or showing my teeth like all the other girls could. They all smile, and all these teeth show. I’ve never had that.
DR. DENNIS SIMMONS: Oh, no, you’ve got to smile more.
TAMMY: Wow, that is amazing.
DR. DENNIS SIMMONS: Yeah!
TAMMY: That is just amazing. I got up and went to the mirror. It was amazing. It was amazing. I don’t know what could even describe the feeling to have a mouth that has these beautiful teeth.

DR. DENNIS SIMMONS: Once we started with Tammy and just started the step by step improving things, Tammy started taking better care of herself. Tammy has taken off weight. Tammy is exercising. Tammy is smiling. She’s interacting with her children better.
